Fit & Flares, Mermaids and Ballgowns. Oh My!

First things first, congrats bride! You are preparing to embark on a beautiful new chapter in your life. Cheers to you!

Weddings are an amazing time to celebrate your love with family, friends and your partner. At Pantora Bridal we like to say "Our brides are the picture, everything else is the frame." So what do you picture yourself wearing on your special day? Do you have an idea of style? Or color? Whether you've answered yes or no to the previous questions, you've come to the right place to find your bridal style. To help you out, let's talk about some different bridal gown silhouettes-

Fit & Flare- is fitted throughout the body, with a slightly flared skirt starting just below the knee.

Mermaid- also fitted throughout the body with an exaggerated flare skirt usually starting at the knee.

Ballgown- fitted around the chest and waist with a full voluminous skirt from waist down. Think Cinderella!

Above are the standard shapes and descriptions that most brides start with, but this does not mean there aren't more unconventional options to choose from. At Pantora Bridal we truly can execute a bride’s vision, and we thrive on creating custom looks. Take this time to learn whether you are a fit & flare, a mermaid or a ballgown type of bride. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularized in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
