Return & Refund Policy

As most items are made to order, refunds and returns are generally not allowed. If your item is defective, please contact our customer service team for support.

All Made-to-Order Items, Pantora Maids, Pantora Mini, and Bridal Accessories are final sale. Returns are permitted for Little White Ensemble and select Ready-to-Wear items, excluding swimwear and lingerie.

Ready-to-Ship Bridesmaid Items:

Before deciding to return a Ready-to-Ship item, please note that alterations on evening wear are standard and may be necessary for a perfect fit. If you're still not satisfied with your purchase, returns can be initiated within 5 days by contacting us at maids@pantorabridal.com.

Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition, with packaging and security tags intact. For a different style, size, or color, please place a new order, as exchanges are not offered.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method, minus original shipping fees and return shipping costs. Your financial institution determines the availability of funds. If a return is not accepted, the item will be returned without a refund.
