How It Works

1. Try Your Fit Finder

• Pay a $100 refundable deposit + $20 non-refundable shipping fee.

2. Try It On at Home

• Slip into the Fit Finder dress and evaluate your size in front of a mirror.
• Consider whether you need to size up or down for your final order.

3. Return It Within 5 Business Days

• Pack the dress in its original packaging and attach the prepaid return label.
• Drop it off at your nearest corresponding shipping location.

4. Receive Your Refund & Credit

• Once your Fit Finder is returned in the condition it was received, you’ll get your $100 deposit refunded and a $20 credit toward your final Pantora Maids order.

 

Important Note:

The Fit Finder is designed to help you determine your best size in Pantora Maids dresses with a similar silhouette. It is most compatible with styles like the Solar and Penny dresses, which have similar necklines and fitted bottoms. If your chosen dress has a dramatically different structure, neckline, or skirt shape, please keep in mind that the Fit Finder will still provide general sizing guidance but may not replicate the exact fit.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

• Ready-to-Ship Bridesmaid items ship within 2-5 days of purchase, unless noted otherwise in the description.
• In stock accessory items ship 2-5 days of purchase but can take several weeks, unless noted otherwise in the description. Please leave a note with your event date
• Veils may or may not be stocked, these require 3-8 weeks for production
• Pantora Mini ships in 8-10 weeks unless otherwise stated
• Pantora Maids ships within the selected window and follows the timeline chosen at the time of ordering, no exception
