The Bridal "Party"

Here’s some things you may want to know 

  • Subscribers will get the first notification for the opening of the event. 
  • Our styles come in a variety of both colors and fabrics. Please note pricing varies.
  • Available fabrics types:  Stretch Velvet, Stretch Satin, and Non Stretch Silky Satin
  • A multitude of color options are available.
  • We offer inclusive sizing for you to choose from, ranging from 0 - 44. 
  • Dresses range between $200-350.
  • You will be able to purchase online the entirety of the event 10/14 - 11/14.
  • This event is offered exclusively at our New York location and online only. Our Los Angeles store is not a participating location.
  • Orders will be placed online via our website. We accept all major credit cards, as well as Sezzle and Afterpay as additional payment methods.
  • Orders will ship in May 2023 (please do not order if you are not comfortable with this shipping window)
  • When the event is over, the party has to end. At midnight on the last day of the event, is the deadline to place your order and the site will be taken down. 
  • We ship globally, please take customs and shipping times into consideration when placing your order.
  • In order to receive shipping information, you must fill out all credentials during checkout. 
  • Alterations are customary and often required for evening wear products. Although we do not offer alterations service on site, we happily provide a list of recommendations in various states.  
  • Please take the desired amount of time you would like to go through your alterations process into consideration when placing your order.
  • Please use the size chart to choose the best size for you. Our size chart is in inches.
  • 3”x3” Fabric swatches/color samples are available for purchase. 
  • Extra length is an available add on for specified styles. 
  • Extra fabric is available to be purchased by the yard and ships with the order of the gown (May 2023)

Please use for all Pantora Maid inquiries. Due to the nature of this event, please be patient with us as we anticipate longer than usual response times. Please help us in making sure we can address all your questions at once and be sure to take advantage of our FAQ. we will answer emails in the order it was received. Orders going to the wrong email address may experience even longer response times due to filtering for the appropriate correspondent. 
You will be able to view all color options and order swatches 9/14 - 10/31 

One (1) appointment per bridal party is permitted,with a maximum guest count of 4 people allowed. For example this can be one bride with 3 bridesmaids, or a group of 4 bridesmaids without the bride, please note that additional guests will not be allowed entry. Depending on availability, secondary appointments may be available for supplemental bridesmaids to visit and try on the narrowed down selections, these will be scheduled by your consultant.
Masks must stay on during the entirety of the event, sanitizing upon entry is required. Please stay home if you are feeling ill or have a fever. 



  • Order according to our provided size chart, all brands have their own size chart so please make sure you are following ours. 
  • While you wait for your order to arrive to you, you should use the time to source local alteration providers/ tailors.
  • We look forward to seeing you and want to make the most of our time together, please come prepared by viewing the styles offered and possible colors online prior to coming in
  • If ordering internationally consider shipping orders together to reduce shipping cost
  • If visiting our NYC location for the Pantora Maids event consider video calling additional bridal party members if their opinions are important. We would also encourage your party to look through the site together to begin aligning your group's vision.
