How long does it take for my dress to ship?

Our standard production time is 14 weeks from the date of order. Need it sooner? We also offer a 10-week rush (additional fee applies).

How do I determine my size? Are Pantora Maids dresses plus-size friendly?

Yes! Our bridesmaid dresses are size-inclusive, available in sizes 0–44. We don’t separate petite or plus-size styles — all designs are made for all sizes. To find your best fit, compare your measurements to our size chart. You can also try your size at home before ordering with our Fit Finder.

Once I get my item, will I need alterations?

Most likely! We recommend planning fittings well before your event and allowing extra time for alterations when placing your order.

Can I customize my dress?

In addition to selecting your size, color, and optional extra length, you can personalize your style with Bridesmaid Add-Ons like coordinating scarves, sleeves, shawls, and more. Even matching ties & bowties for the men.

Once your order is placed, our team begins production in your chosen size, color, and style. Orders will ship according to the production timeline selected at checkout. Bridesmaid items (including dresses, add-ons, extra fabric, and swatches) are final sale unless otherwise noted. We recommend ordering early to allow time for delivery and any alterations.
