Maids Policies
Pantora Maids pieces are made to order and final sale. We can't offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Full details and more answers live on our Maids FAQ page.
Fit Finder returns & refunds
The Fit Finder is a try-on sample to help you choose your size, not a final bridesmaid dress. Its $100 deposit is refundable; the $20 shipping fee is not.
Return it within 5 business days using the included prepaid label, in the condition it was received. Once we accept your return, we refund your $100 deposit to your original payment method; when it appears in your account depends on your bank or card issuer. You'll also receive a $20 code toward your Pantora Maids order. The code doesn't expire.
Trying more than one size? You can order more than one Fit Finder.
